It was a very special night for us and and it was so nice to have a little fun after all the hard work we had put into getting the space ready. It was a blast and we have enjoyed hearing you say so! New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW), presented by IBERIABANK, is the annual business festival celebrating entrepreneurship, innovation, and advanced thinking, produced by The Idea Village. IDIYA will have a booth so be sure to stop by and see some of equipment and current projects created by our members. Join us on Fulton Street March 20-27, 2015 for this year’s event!
Let’s Party! IDIYA will be hosting a Grand Opening block party at 2705 S Broad St in New Orleans on March 26, 2015 from 5pm-9pm. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony at 5pm, patrons will enjoy cold beverages and award winning Jambalaya provided by Chad Blanchard (aka Gumbo King) of Charlie’s Restaurant. Additional refreshments will be provided by our neighbor Laurel Street Bakery. Joule Solar will have an open house with refreshments and display some of their solar powered and LED lighting solutions. 3 Potato 4 – a company that featuring organic, vegetarian and vegan foods will be providing samples of their baked potato fries and coconut frozen yogurt.
